  • EMOM classes are a popular style of high-intensity interval training that we offer at our gym. They are designed to be a condense workout, where participants perform a specific exercise or set of exercises for a designated amount of time, usually one minute. Once the minute is up, participants rest until the start of the next minute, where they begin the exercise again.

    At our gym, we offer a variety of EMOM classes throughout the week that are suitable for all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each exercise, ensuring that you perform them safely and effectively.

THE GYM

  • Yes, we do have lockers available for our members to use. Each locker comes with a key so you can securely store your belongings while you exercise.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have parking available at our gym. However, our gym is located on a residential street, so there are typically plenty of parking spaces available nearby. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking before your workout, but you should have no trouble finding a spot.

    We also highly encourage our members to consider alternative modes of transportation such as walking, biking, or using public transportation to get to our gym. Not only is it a great way to reduce your carbon footprint, but it's also a great opportunity to get some exercise in before your workout.

  • Yes, we do have specific rules that must be followed during our fitness classes. Firstly, it's important to listen to the coach's instructions and follow their guidance throughout the class. Additionally, we require all phones to be kept in the lockers and not used during the class to avoid any distractions. Finally, we kindly request that attendees refrain from speaking during the coach's briefing so that everyone can hear important information about the class. These rules help to create a safe and focused environment for everyone to get the most out of their workout.

  • At TFC Brussels, we do not have showers in our changing rooms. However, we do provide lockers and changing facilities to make it easy for you to freshen up after your workout.

  • If you're new to our gym and want to get started, we recommend trying our Discovery Pack. This pack includes three sessions, and you'll only pay for two, so it's a great way to discover our different classes and trainers.

    However, please note that the Discovery Pack is valid for two weeks from the purchase date, and we can't extend the validity period if it expires.

    Alternatively, you can also try our pay and go option and try out any class that suits your schedule.

  • To book a class at TFC Brussels, you must first create an account on our website or the Glofox app. Once you have created an account, you can then browse the class schedule and book a class online.

    Please note that all bookings must be made online, and it is mandatory to have an account either on the website or the Glofox app to make a booking.

  • For "pay and go" members or those with a "discovery pack", we are unable to refund any credits for late cancellations (12 hours before). We recommend that you only book classes that you are certain you can attend to avoid any inconvenience.

    For unlimited membership holders, we allow two strikes per calendar month for late cancellations or no-shows. After that, we charge a fee of 5 euros per instance.

    It's important to note that checking in when you arrive at the club, either through the tablet or with the coach, is mandatory to avoid any misunderstandings or fees.

  • We recommend that new members arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary orientation. For regular members, we suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the class to ensure enough time to set up and get ready

  • Our waitlist system is designed to give everyone a fair chance to attend the classes they want. If a class is fully booked, you can add your name to the waitlist. When someone cancels their booking, we will automatically offer the spot to the first person on the waitlist. This means that if you are next in line, you will receive an email notification informing you of the open spot. Please make sure to check your email regularly so that you don't miss any updates.

  • You can book a class up to 7 days before the date of the class. This ensures that all members have an equal chance to reserve their spots and plan their workouts in advance. We encourage you to book early as some of our classes can fill up quickly.
